Anurag (AP) Pal is an entrepreneur, operator, and lifelong learner with a career spanning corporate leadership, startup growth, and global exploration. At heart an adventurer, he has led large corporate teams, built and exited companies, angel invested in, and mentored hundreds of startups. Focused on lifelong learning, he recently graduated with a Master’s in Climate Solutions from UC Berkeley and has trained as a chef at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. Originally trained as an electronics engineer, AP went on to earn an MBA in Finance and has built a career defined by both scale and impact.

At Hewlett-Packard, he launched the company’s first B2B e-commerce initiative, growing it into a $200 million product line within a year. He later founded Escalon, scaling the company from zero to a $70 million run rate, serving more than 5,000 customers and employing over 1,200 people globally, before successfully exiting the business through a private equity sale in 2022.
