Brittny Bottorff

Brittny Bottorff joined SV2 as a Partner in 2024 and currently serves as a Partner Champion
for Oasis Legal Services.

Brittny is an attorney, mediator, and strategic advisor who works closely with mission-driven
organizations and community groups on legal, governance, and organizational matters. She is a
Partner at Insight Counsel LLP, where she advises nonprofit organizations, government
agencies, and companies on legal, strategic, HR, and conflict management issues. She also
serves as General Counsel and strategic advisor to a multi-site California-based company.
Her work is deeply informed by her study and practice of nonviolent communication (NVC), as
well as her experience in relational mediation and community facilitation. She brings a
thoughtful, values-centered approach to supporting leaders as they navigate complexity,
strengthen communication, and make aligned decisions in the midst of conflict and uncertainty.
In addition to her work with SV2, Brittny serves on the Community Boards Advisory Board and
has a long-standing history of service on nonprofit boards. She holds a J.D. from the University
of Texas School of Law.
