Jasmine Estela

Jasmine Estela serves as a Program Assistant at SV2, supporting collaborative grantmaking and community engagement efforts. Born and raised in San Diego, she is a 2025 graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. As an undergraduate, she held leadership roles as Social Chair and Fundraising Chair for Los Mejicas de UCSC, a Mexican folklórico and cultural dance organization, where she supported community-building initiatives and large-scale cultural events. Jasmine also served as a Development and Communications Intern at Monarch Services in Santa Cruz, where she gained hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, fundraising, and community outreach, deepening her commitment to equity-driven, community-centered work.
