Deb is an experienced strategist with over 25 years of advising experience in the private and public sectors. She is a Director for the Dauber Foundation and a Partner at the Silicon Valley Social Ventures Fund. Her philanthropic priorities focus on expanding economic access with a racial and gender equity lens, including workforce development, health equity, and housing in the Bay Area. Deb has a PhD from the University of California, San Francisco, a Masters of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Before her current work in philanthropy, she ran a solo consulting practice (Dauber Consulting) that provided information and frameworks for strategic planning to clients in the biotech sector.
