Susan joined SV2 as a Donor Partner in 2025 to deepen her engagement with social ventures and the Bay Area nonprofit ecosystem.

Susan brings 30 years of international experience in the software industry, where she drove innovation, product strategy, and business transformation for global supply chain solutions with Accenture and Oracle. Most recently, she led global development for Oracle’s cloud warehouse management solution as Product Strategy Director at Oracle. The opportunities that excite her most are helping organizations scale by identifying market and user requirements, developing go-to-market strategies, and building partner ecosystems.

Susan previously served on the board of the Las Lomitas Education Foundation and currently mentors early-stage founders through the Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. She graduated from Princeton University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and received her M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford University.

Susan and her husband, Markus, live in West Menlo Park and have two college-aged children.
