In Meeting #4 on Zoom, SV2 Grant Round participants will discuss the five finalist organizations using SV2’s rubric categories, and vote for two organizations to be our newest Grantee Partners.
About the Grant Round
We’re learning what Education Equity means in our community, this includes: equitable K-12 student academic support, school safety and culture, family engagement, access to developing basic skills, re-defining success, teacher training, connecting with role models, accessible and reliable afterschool programs, and tutoring.
In SV2’s Education Equity Grant Round, we’ll listen and engage with our community, learn, and select two nonprofit or fiscally sponsored organizations to each receive $90,000 in unrestricted funding over 3-years, beyond-the-dollars support from our network, and friendship. Throughout, we’ll practice trust based philanthropy.
