SV2’s Fall 2023 Grant Round is focused on Mental Health & Wellbeing. Our Grant Round will run from August – December 2023.
Mental Health & Wellbeing continuously emerges as a top priority in our community. We know all of our current Grantee Partners working across different social impact issues are tackling and advancing mental health & wellbeing internally within their teams, and with our communities.
In December 2023, SV2 will allocate $150,000 of unrestricted, three-year funding across two organizations ($75,000 each). SV2 will also offer the selected organizations beyond-the-dollars support as helpful and friendship!
We’ve launched an “Open Call” community nomination process. Do you want to nominate your organization? Do you know an inspiring Mental Health & Wellbeing nonprofit or fiscally sponsored organization in the Bay Area? By September 1st, 2023: please nominate here for our funding and support: bit.ly/communitynominations.
Current SV2 Partners, Teens, Grantee and Investee Partners, and other friends of SV2: Join our Open House on August 15th to learn community insights that are central to our learning and approach. We’ll also discuss our grantmaking goals and process that advances equity and trust-based philanthropy. You’ll learn more about specific ways to get involved. We’re looking forward to learning and deepening our impact together!
And about that 12:30pm Zoom time…you can munch on lunch during the call if you’d like!
The Grant Round is led by SV2 Partners Tara Maddala and Tanja Powers, and staff member Amy Badiani.
