Christy Martin

A problem solver and intuitive leader, Christy enjoys going both broad and deep across a range of business and community topics. Christy founded iBox Systems in 2004 to develop technology solutions that optimize content performance on traditional TV and streaming video platforms for clients like Comcast and NBCUniversal.

Christy is passionate about equity, education, arts and nature and have served as board chair for City Lights Theater Company in San Jose and VP of Finance for the UCSC Alumni Association. She strives to bring curiosity, determination, generosity, and a healthy dose of humor to all that she does.

Christy met her wife in the UCSC computer science labs in the 80’s and they have lived in Santa Cruz busily remodeling a series of houses ever since. She is never happier than when she is in her garden or exploring a new city or hiking trail.
